The brighter your life the better life can be!
I think this piece has been one of my all time favorites. I spent many hours reclaiming the natural beauty of this cactus, and the story is above under "My Blog". The base is made of petrosa wood found in Central America. I tried to replicate the green of the cactus in the epoxy base center. I feel the pictures do not really show the beauty in this piece.
It is well finished and protected, it will last forever.
This is a sculpture I had to do. The piece that is elongated upwards was actually in the opposite direction and growing separately inside piece. This piece of black walnut has so many details, including the tusks being removed, which in turn saves the elephant's life from being poached for the ivory.
The inside has an antique LED light and give this piece a unique lighting elemnet to any room.
